Phase 2: The Site Work and Masonry Phase of Home Building

The site is where the next phase of the home-building process begins. To begin building, a crew will need to remove and level the site. To meet federally regulated flood elevations, extra fill is frequently necessary in numerous locations. Afterward, the footings are excavated and poured into place. After that, a stem wall is erected and then filled in. After the stem wall has been constructed, the slab is poured, and all of the utilities and wiring are in place. To anchor the walls to the footings, an outside block wall is constructed first, followed by the pouring of the slab.

Home Building Phase #3: Framing.

Sheathing and installing the roof trusses are the next steps. Tar paper is then applied on the roof to seal it in. A majority of the internal framing has been completed.
